All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital or physical items.

Exceptions for Manufacturing Issues

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hey@starfort.org with photos.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Digital Products

Digital items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
